Tewksbury VFW Post 8164 and its Auxiliary present Patriot Pen certificates to 14 students who had advanced to the district  15 level.
On the far left of the photo is Post Commander Vinnie Oliva. Next to him is Kathleen Anderson, teacher at the John E Ryan elementry school and is instrimental  promoting the VFW Patriot Pen Program.  To the far right is Auxiliary secretary/treasurer Mary Williams and Senior Vice Commander Jimmy Williams
