Mission Statement:
From clinical care to physical wellness, Home Base provides world-class treatment for the invisible wounds of war to all Veterans, Service Members, and Family Members at no cost and regardless of era of service or discharge status.
The Home Base Clinic, a National Center of Excellence, is located in the Historic Charlestown Navy Yard. Home Base provides several in-clinic services as well as regional activities to serve Veterans, Service Members, and Family Members in the New England Region.
