Comrades, we have a busy month ahead of us.  On Thursday at 10:00am we will meet at the Blair House to have coffee and pastry with inhouse veterans.  At 2:30pm we will meet with Lisa, our VSO, to help place KIA lawn signs on the Town Common.
   Friday May 3 at 9:30am coffee hour at the Harley Davidson dealer in Billerica.
  Saturday May 4 we kick off our VFW Still Serving program by meeting at the Tewksbury Cemetery from 10:00am to 2:00pm.  Operation Clean Up will entail raking and collecting debris from the winter months around the veterans grave sites to help prepare for our Memorial Day Ceremony. Bring a rake.  Food and beverage will be available.  If nothing else, come for a photo op at 11:00am. For those who have them, wear your blue #Still Serving Blue Shirt. We will have some available.
    May 5, District Meeting 10:30am Billerica VFW
    May 6, Tewksbury Town Meeting 7:00pm Tewksbury Memorial High School.
    May 7, Bayberry Assistant Living 9:30.  Coffee hour and breakfast with inhouse veterans.
    May 10, 9:30am Veterans Coffee Hour at Harley Davidson dealer, Billerica
    May 13, Post meeting 7:00pm TJ Callahan's function room.
    May 14, 10:00am to 11:00am Veterans Coffee hour at the Senior Center
    May 14 - May 17 Buddy Checks.  VFW Still Serving Program.
    May 16, 9:00am, placing of 1,000 US Flags on the grounds of the Town Common.  Part of the VFW Still Serving Program.
    May 15, 6:00pm Bingo Bedford VA Hospital
    May 16, 10:00am Bedford VA Farmers Market
    May 17 9:30am Veterans Coffee Hour, Harley Davidson Dealer, Billerica
    May 21 10:00am Veterans Coffee Hour, Tewksbury Senior Center
    May 24 - 25 Distribution of our Buddy Poppy's
    May 26 Decoration of our Memorial Day Float.
    May 27 10:00am Memorial Day Ceremony at Tewksbury Cemetery
                 11:00am Parade down Main St.  Chairs will be available on the float for those who are unable to walk long distances. 
    May 28 Tentative date for our Honor Guard at Pfizer Company.
