Announcements

Comrades, today on National Vietnam Day VFW Post 8164 expresses our gratitude to Vietnam Veterans for their service, valor and sacrifice. This day is close to my heart. While serving in the Army, I saw many Soldiers return broken from Vietnam. Many did not know what to expect as they stepped off that freedom bird. The American public didn't understand their sacrifices and these hero's often did not receive the homecoming they so rightly deserved.

To all Vietnam Veterans, WELCOM HOME!!! Thank you for your distinguished service. It was a privilege to have served with you. To those who served and have served, thank you for your service.
